House of Dali Design is an online-only retailer. Orders are processed and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Any shipping charges that apply to an order will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Processing and Delivery Times

Most in-stock orders are processed and delivered within approximately 5–7 business days.

Certain jewelry styles may require approximately 7–10 business days depending on availability.

Items that are being restocked, made available by special order, or identified as preorder items may require approximately 14–20 business days. When a longer fulfillment time applies, we will make every effort to communicate that information on the product page or directly with the customer.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can assist you with the carrier.

House of Dali Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, delivery times, duties, taxes, and fees may vary by destination.

When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
